Information and purpose. We collect the company name, business email, contact preference, optional contact details, part numbers or requirements, quantities, requested dates, notes, submission language and optional BOM files you provide. We use them to respond, research requested components, prepare quotations, coordinate agreed procurement and keep transaction records. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Processing basis. Where applicable, processing supports steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interests in handling business inquiries, maintaining procurement records and protecting the service. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us; this does not affect prior lawful processing.

Service providers and location. The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare database/file infrastructure. Configured email delivery uses Resend; business correspondence is handled through Alibaba Mail. Inquiry details and business contact information may be processed by these providers for the relevant service. Data may be processed in China and other countries where providers operate. Specific international-transfer arrangements require legal review; we do not claim a particular storage region or blanket GDPR certification.

Retention and security. Access to inquiries and uploaded files is restricted to authorized administration; restricted recovery backups may contain copies. Retention depends on the inquiry being active, a resulting contract, accounting or legal requirements, and dispute handling. A fixed deletion schedule and the treatment of backup copies remain under legal review. Contact us to request a retention review or deletion. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data or unrelated personal information.

Your requests. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing, withdraw consent or complain to a competent data protection authority. Cookies and third parties. No marketing analytics or advertising trackers are configured in this revision. Hosting, security and administrator sign-in may use necessary cookies or operational logs. External fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so font requests may disclose network information to Google. Manufacturer links lead to external sites governed by their own policies.
