Quotation and acceptance. A written quotation and order confirmation must identify the contracting entity, complete MPN, manufacturer, quantity, currency, price, offer validity, payment terms, shipping terms and proposed delivery schedule. Packaging, date codes, batches, source documents and acceptance criteria must be confirmed for the particular offer.

Supply and alternatives. Availability is checked for each requirement. Manufacturer listings are technical references and do not imply authorized distribution or stock ownership. Alternative parts require customer engineering review and written approval; matching capacitance and voltage alone is insufficient.

Quality and inspection. Agree the inspection provider, scope, sample plan, test methods, cost, timing and acceptance criteria before procurement. Labels, photographs and source records alone do not prove electrical performance or authenticity. No in-house laboratory or manufacturer-authorized testing is claimed.

Shipment and claims. Agree delivery terms, destination, freight, taxes, customs and export responsibilities in writing. Report discrepancies with the order reference and supporting evidence promptly; return authorization, warranty scope and remedies are governed by the agreed order terms and applicable law. No universal return, cancellation or warranty entitlement is promised here.

Contract terms. Governing law, dispute resolution, liability, cancellation and any non-cancellable/non-returnable conditions must be agreed expressly where applicable; they are not automatically imposed by this website. These order-specific provisions and translations require formal legal review. The site has no online checkout or payment facility.
